What you'll actually do.
Making sure voice AI agents are driving real outcomes in the real world, is the top priority. We own outcomes, not just connected minutes.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of voice AI deployments: from solution design and prototyping to production at scale, communicating progress and risks clearly.
- Build full-stack integrations with enterprise tools: CRMs, telephony systems, ERPs, scheduling tools, workflow automation. Python, JavaScript, whatever gets the job done.
- Become the go-to expert on building voice AI solutions: LLM prompting, RAG systems, conversational design, agent optimization.
- Design, test, and iterate on AI prompts and conversation flows at production scale: the difference between a demo that impresses and an agent that performs at scale lives in the prompt design.
- Proactively identify optimization opportunities: guiding customers to get the most out of their deployment and achieve meaningful business outcomes.
- Deeply analyze voice ai calls to identify failure modes, edge cases, and conversation breakdowns: turn those insights into concrete product improvements that make agents smarter across every deployment
- We work with companies that have low tech exposure: You need to be a tech wizard, but explain everything like you would to a 15-year-old.
Why we're hiring.
- Move quickly with key accounts. Customer needs have to become engineering reality quickly and reliably.
- Scale with quality. Build on good existing relationships. Turn successful pilots into production deployments with great customer service, not just firefighting.
- Own outcomes, not tickets. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer reality. Priorities are driven by real customer outcomes, not specs written quarters in advance.
Is this you?
- Enjoy variety - no two weeks look the same
- Prefer building solutions over strictly following specs
- Are curious about how engineering decisions affect business outcomes
- Care about the "why" behind what you build
- Want to work on AI-native products at the frontier
- Thrive in small, autonomous pods over large teams
Maybe not, if you:
- Need detailed specs to be productive
- Want to avoid ambiguity or rapid context-switching
- Prefer large teams with clearly defined lanes
- Are uncomfortable talking to customers directly
Requirements
Technical baseline
- Strong programming fundamentals, Python / JavaScript preferred
- Comfort with ambiguity and incomplete requirements
- Experience with AI / ML in production
- Ability to design solutions for scale not quick hacks that crumble in production
Experience & mindset
- 2–3 years building scalable features and communicating with customers
- Early-stage startup experience is required. Founders preferred, although not a requirement
- Excel at explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Why work with us:
Results, not hours: We don't count hours. We only measure outcomes.
Frontier tech: Work on the cutting edge of voice AI for incredible companies
Speed as a feature: Incredibly fast-moving environment and space
About the interview
