Facilities Support

About Maddox PRO
Maddox PRO is a shared services organization and sister company to Maddox Industrial Transformer, the nation’s leading provider of electrical transformers to the commercial and industrial market. PRO stands for Professional Resource Organization. We exist so Maddox can stay focused on building and selling transformers while we handle the surrounding work: facilities acquisition, development, construction, and maintenance across all Maddox locations, along with community engagement and business investments in the towns where Maddox operates.

Maddox PRO was founded on the same Christian values that drive Maddox, and we are committed to investing in the people, processes, and culture that make this a great place to work. We build real things, solve real problems, and believe that a thriving business and a thriving community go hand in hand.
