Salary range (but not limited to):

87,200 - 106,600

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role

Nous cherchons un Expert en sinistre route (Auto, Bien et Perte Majeure), Unité spéciale d’enquête(USE) , pour notre équipe grandissante!

Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous :

• Être à l’écoute du client, expliquer clairement le parcours qu’entreprendra la réclamation, répondre à ses questions et livrer un service simplifié qui dépassera ses attentes.
• Analyser les garanties d’assurance du client et lui expliquer clairement quelles sont ses protections en lien avec la réclamation présentée.
• Recueillir les versions des faits sur les circonstances du sinistre auprès des assurés, des tierces parties et d’autres intervenants afin de déterminer les circonstances, les causes et la recevabilité des sinistres.
• Évaluer la responsabilité potentielle de l’assuré et de tierce partie en appuyant son raisonnement sur des éléments d’enquête pertinents.
• Anticiper les recouvrements et diriger l’enquête en conséquence.  
• Collaborer activement avec les divers services connexes de l’indemnisation et de la souscription, de même qu’avec les spécialistes externes.
• Communiquer efficacement avec le client pour l’informer des avancements.
• Bien annoter et documenter son dossier en respectant les normes et directives de l’entreprise.
• Assurer une saine gestion des frais et des coûts externes.
• Participer activement aux catastrophes et débordements d'appels, s'il y a lieu.
• Se tenir au courant des produits d'assurance, de même que des techniques et services d'enquête.

Ce que vous mettrez à profit :

• Diplôme PAA (un atout)
• Certificat d'expert en sinistres
• 5 ans d'expérience en expertise de sinistres sur la route 
• Expérience en traitement de dossiers USE
• Être à l'aise à travailler en milieu informatisé
• Bilingue (français et anglais) Capable d’interagir autant avec la clientèle francophone qu’anglophone au quotidien. Nécessité de traiter des dossiers de réclamations d’une clientèle anglophone sur une base régulière.
