Mentimeter
ApplyMentimeter is an engagement tool with a clear goal in mind. To make every leader better. Through real-time interactivity and clear visualizations, we get people to participate, engage and become more productive. Transforming all those passive meetings, airless classrooms and drawn out trainings into valuable insights and impactful moments.
We truly believe that you achieve the best results by doing things together. And that successful leaders need to adopt a curious and collaborative mindset in order to get there. So with you at Mentimeter, you’ll be a big part of the ambition to help over 1 billion people listen, learn and work better together.
Do you love the craft of being an Executive Partner and are you excited to take it to a whole new level with AI?
We're looking for a standout Executive Partner to work at the very heart of Mentimeter's Management Team. Your mission is straightforward but significant: make us better. Make our work smoother. Catalyze how we operate so that Mentimeter as a company can reach its goals faster.
This isn't a traditional EA role. Mentimeter is a fast-growing tech company that uses AI across everything we do - and we expect our Executive Partner to be fully at home in that world. You'll use AI natively to work smarter, move faster, and create real leverage across everything you touch. You'll own the operating rhythm of our leadership team: the meetings, the decisions, the follow-through, and the infrastructure that keeps everything moving.
There's no "next step" on the org chart here and that's intentional. We're looking for someone who genuinely loves this craft, wants to grow their impact alongside the business, and sees becoming an AI-enabled expert in executive partnership as an exciting career in itself.
If you're ambitious, technology-curious, and truly love what it means to do this work - we want to hear from you.
