Do you want to discover together what is possible? Are you the proactive, organizationally strong colleague who works as part of a close team, smoothly runs the Board of an international high-tech company, and does so with a good dose of fun, humor, and real collaboration? Do you know how to get things done, effortlessly switch between calm and hectic situations, and find it natural to be there when it counts? Then start as an Executive Assistant at NTS in Eindhoven and let's make it possible together!

Job description

As an Executive Assistant at NTS in Eindhoven, you will join a close team of Executive Assistants at our headquarters in Eindhoven, supporting the Board in an international, dynamic, and technical environment. Together, you form the indispensable link between the Board members and the rest of the organization: you ensure that everything runs smoothly, with an eye for detail, humor, and genuine collegiality.

In addition to supporting the Board members, you also take an active role towards the Manager Legal Affairs in various legal activities, from corporate housekeeping to contract processing. You switch quickly, maintain an overview, and know how to set priorities even when everything is happening at once.

This is a role with real responsibility. You are the first point of contact for anyone who wants to interact with the Board, both internally and externally. You know who to connect when, which agendas are leading, and you understand that the Board sometimes requires that extra step. You find that natural.

Furthermore, your tasks include:

• Complex agenda management and coordinating appointments across different time zones;

• Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and serving as a gatekeeper and sparring partner for the Board;

• Actively supporting projects and monitoring progress, priorities, and deadlines;

• Organizing (inter)national trips, meetings, and events;

• Supporting legal processes, such as NDA management and contract processing.

Requirements

We are looking for a proactive and discreet professional with the following background:

• HBO level of education, preferably in Legal Services or Executive Support;

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant in a dynamic, preferably high-tech environment;

• Strong affinity with legal issues and a good understanding of legal terminology;

• Discreet, decisive, accurate, and strong in organisational and environmental sensitivity;

• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both written and spoken;

• Highly skilled with Microsoft Office 365 and preferably experience with AI tools such as Copilot;

• Available for 36-40 hours per week.

Your benefits

At NTS, we combine our passion for technology with innovative solutions for complex challenges. You will have the freedom and trust to fully utilize and develop your talents in a dynamic and energetic environment. We invest in both technology and in you as a future colleague!

With this challenge, we offer the following benefits:

• Salary of €4,000.00 - €5,000.00 depending on your experience and qualifications;

• Over 40 days off: 27 vacation days and 13 ADV days for a full-time position;

• Personal development and growth opportunities, for example through training and courses;

• Yearly budget of €150 gross, freely spendable on vitality, bike plan, or gym via the Alleo app;

• Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer (max. 50 km one way) or full reimbursement of public transport costs;

• Excellent pension scheme via PME;

• Laptop and mobile phone;

• Free fresh fruit at work.
