Description de l'entreprise

You may already know this (but it’s always good to be reminded): the Paris studio is Ubisoft’s pioneering studio and was behind the publisher’s first major successes after its creation in 1992. Today, we continue to lead iconic franchises such as Just Dance, Ghost Recon, and Mario + Rabbids. We’ve also built a strong reputation as a key partner in inter-studio collaborations on titles like Watch Dogs, Skull & Bones, Beyond Good & Evil 2, and Star Wars. Drawing on this experience, we continue to push creative boundaries with highly promising, unannounced projects.

With 750 talents from 35 nationalities, we’re proud to be the largest studio in France and one of the most experienced in the industry. Young talents benefit from the strong presence of senior profiles across creative, technical, and artistic roles. Everyone shares the same passion: pushing the limits of what’s possible and offering new experiences to our players.

Description du poste

Our team is multidisciplinary (data, programming, game & narrative design, animation, etc.). It is driven by a simple yet ambitious question: among all the possibilities offered by generative AI, which ones are genuinely interesting and fun for gameplay?

Our mission: to test new experiences with players, and to equip creators with the tools to imagine more dynamic, immersive, and surprising interactions — all the way to bringing to life features that couldn't be achieved any other way. Our day-to-day work sits at the intersection of R&D, product development, short game creation, and multi-studio collaboration, in service of the gameplay experiences of tomorrow.

We are looking for a highly reliable and proactive Executive Assistant (M/W/NB) to support the Director and Deputy Director in both day‑to‑day operations and higher‑level coordination. Beyond excellent execution skills, this role requires the ability to connect the dots and anticipate needs to streamline communication flows and collaboration between the leadership duo and the partners in a fast‑moving environment.

You will act as a force multiplier for the leadership duo : ensuring flawless logistics while adding structure, clarity, and focus to incoming requests and workflows.

Executive & Operational Support

• Manage the Director and Deputy Director’s agendas with a strong focus on prioritization, coherence, and time optimization
• Schedule and coordinate meetings across multiple stakeholders and time zones
• Prepare meeting rooms (logistics, equipment, materials) and ensure smooth execution
• Handle travel arrangements, expenses, and administrative follow‑ups
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external meeting requests

Structure, Prioritization & “Connecting the Dots”

• Help rationalize incoming requests by:
  • clarifying objectives,
  • challenging urgency when needed,
  • grouping or sequencing topics logically
• Identify overlaps, dependencies, or redundancies across initiatives and meetings
• Proactively suggest agenda structures, time blocks, or delegation options
• Anticipate upcoming needs, deadlines, or decision points

Meeting & Follow‑up Support

• Prepare agendas, briefing notes, and pre‑reads
• Take structured notes when needed and track action items
• Follow up on decisions and commitments, ensuring accountability
• Maintain an overview of ongoing topics and priorities

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership
• Outstanding organizational and time‑management skills – anticipatory rather than reactive
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication both in French and English

Informations supplémentaires

We operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment with a strong startup mindset. As such, the responsibilities listed above are not exhaustive.

The role is expected to evolve in line with organizational priorities, leadership needs, and opportunities for improvement. The person in this position may therefore contribute to additional or ad hoc topics, always in alignment with the expected scope of their level within the Career Architecture framework.

We particularly value individuals who demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and curiosity, and who are willing to step beyond their initial scope when it meaningfully contributes to the team’s effectiveness and overall impact.

Why Join Us

• Work closely with senior leadership at the heart of decision‑making
• Join a dynamic, passionate, agile team with an entrepreneurial mindset
