Company Description
You’ll be the right hand to a CEO who moves fast and expects the same. You’ll manage everything from daily operations and strategic scheduling to personal errands and hands-on execution when needed at the CEO’s residence. Your mission: keep the CEO operating at peak performance — in business and in life.
You’ll need to be equally comfortable managing high-level business priorities and handling personal logistics with discretion and precision.
Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, and communications across multiple ventures and time zones
- Handle calls and correspondence with professionalism and confidence — you’re representing the CEO’s brand and energy
- Serve as the gatekeeper: filter, prioritize, and route information to keep things moving efficiently
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and business partners to ensure deliverables are executed on time
- Manage and track follow-ups, commitments, and strategic tasks — nothing slips through the cracks
- Support personal responsibilities: scheduling, errands, and general logistics as directed
- Work primarily from the Downtown Orlando office, with flexibility to work from the CEO’s residence occasionally when required
- Anticipate needs — from preparing materials to pre-empting scheduling conflicts — and solve problems before they’re problems
- Use modern tools to drive productivity and communication, including Slack, Zoom, ChatGPT, Fireflies, GoHighLevel, and Microsoft Outlook
Who You Are
- Driven: You operate with urgency, focus, and ownership. You don’t wait to be told twice.
- Tech-Savvy: You’re confident using digital platforms like Slack, Zoom, GoHighLevel, and ChatGPT to stay organized and efficient.
- Polished Communicator: Whether over the phone, email, or in person, you’re confident, clear, and persuasive.
- Detail-Oriented: You notice what others miss and stay two steps ahead.
- Thick-Skinned: You can handle direct feedback, tight deadlines, and shifting priorities without losing composure.
- Trustworthy: You’ll be managing sensitive information and personal affairs — discretion is non-negotiable.
- Adaptable: You can move seamlessly from coordinating a high-level meeting to ensuring follow-through on personal logistics.
- Business-Minded: Former real estate professionals often thrive here — you understand deal flow, client management, and how to make things happen.
