Ihre Verantwortung

·       Technischer und kaufmännischer Support für Vertrieb und After Sales

·       Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen inkl. technischer Klärung, Konzeptentwicklung und Angebotserstellung

·       Beratung von Kund*innen sowie Abstimmung mit GPT‑Team, unseren Regionen und Lieferanten

·       Projektleitung für Service‑ und Umbauprojekte von der Vertragsunterzeichnung bis zur Umsetzung

·       Erstellung technischer Spezifikationen (Elektrik, Mechanik, Software) unter Berücksichtigung gesetzlicher Vorgaben (z. B. CE)

·       Kalkulation von Material‑, Personal‑ und Reisekosten sowie Einhaltung der Margenvorgaben

·       Auftragsabwicklung inkl. Terminplanung, Koordination interner/externer Partner, Montageüberwachung und Inbetriebnahme

·       Betreuung von Wartungs- und Serviceverträgen inkl. Materialermittlung und Einsatzplanung

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen

·       Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d) oder Meister (m/w/d)

·       Praxiserprobte Erfahrung im technischen Projekt‑, Service‑ oder Vertriebsumfeld sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit technischen Fragestellungen

·       Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein souveränes Auftreten in Abstimmungs‑ und Entscheidungssituationen

·       Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens auf C1‑Niveau) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)

·       Sicherer Umgang mit SAP (von Vorteil) und den gängigen MS‑Office‑Anwendungen

·       Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Organisationsgeschick und unternehmerisches Denken. Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Motivation, sich in komplexe technische Themen einzuarbeiten

·       Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen im In‑ und Ausland

In this diverse role, you will combine technical expertise with direct customer interaction while leading challenging service and retrofit projects for our EQ-EL systems. You will collaborate closely with international teams, develop solutions to complex technical challenges, and manage projects from initial customer inquiry through to successful implementation. Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and commercial support to Sales and After-Sales teams.
• Manage customer inquiries, including technical clarification, solution development, and quotation preparation.
• Advise customers and collaborate closely with the GPT team, regional organizations, and suppliers to deliver tailored solutions.
• Lead service and retrofit projects from contract signing through successful execution and completion.
• Prepare technical specifications covering electrical, mechanical, and software requirements while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., CE standards).
• Develop cost estimates, including material, labor, and travel costs, while ensuring adherence to profitability targets.
• Manage project execution, including scheduling, coordination of internal and external stakeholders, installation supervision, testing, and commissioning.
• Oversee maintenance and service contracts, including material planning, resource allocation, and service coordination.
• Prepare service reports and ensure accurate project documentation to support timely invoicing.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, timelines, and performance to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service and building long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications & Skills

• Completed technical education with further qualification as a Technician, Master Craftsman, or equivalent engineering-related qualification.
• Proven experience in a technical project management, service, after-sales, or technical sales environment.
• Strong technical understanding and confidence in handling complex technical topics and customer requirements.
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
• Excellent German language skills (C1 or higher) and good English language skills (B2).
• Experience with SAP is considered an advantage, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Team-oriented mindset combined with commercial awareness and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and motivation to develop expertise in complex technical solutions.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
