Applycomstruct is building the agentic workforce for European construction. Our agents turn paper delivery notes, fragmented invoices and offline supplier decisions into structured, real-time data and live decisions, embedded inside the largest contractors in Europe and the US. To accelerate this journey, we secured a €12.5M seed financing round from 20VC and Google Ventures, along with top European investors.
As part of our growth, we are looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence Intern to join the G&A team.
This job is a unique opportunity to learn how to operate a startup - from Finance to Talent, GTM & operations.
🚀 What we are looking for:
Recent graduation from one of the world's top universities
You have completed internships in top investment banks, leading startups or Tier 1 consultancies
You have experience in (financial) modeling, building automations and developing sales processes
You are extremely driven and have a track record to prove that, as we expect a very high level of structure and ownership from you
Full proficiency in German (C2) and English
Please note that this role requires a high level of office presence
Nice to have: You just finished your studies and are looking for a 3 month internship with opportunity to join full-time.
🚀 What you will be working on:
GTM & Operations: Support the structure of our international expansion. You will work on central topics across our commercial departments to multiply our revenue.
Talent: We need to find the best talent there is to build a world-class organization. In close cooperation with the comstruct leadership you will source some of the most relevant positions.
Finance: You will own central processes including cost management and accounting.
📚 How are we setting you up for success:
Our co-founder and CEO Henric Meinhardt will personally make sure that your personal development is well taken care of.
A very clear path to success. Your career is important to us and we want you to succeed.
Regular feedback session with your mentor to help you get the most out of the program
And of course top notch hardware, wellpass subscriptions and yearly offsites (the last ones were in Mallorca and Italy).
