Enterprise Sales

WHO WE ARE

flowit is the Executive Decision Intelligence Platform for the C-suite. Not another dashboard. The layer that surfaces what dashboards cannot: why your top-quartile team is about to churn, why your transformation is silently stalling, why your post-merger integration is leaking productivity nobody can name.
Backed by Vi Partners, Alstin Capital, and Daniel Gutenberg. On the path to Series A.

THE ROLE

Close deals above CHF 100k ACV with CEOs, COOs, and other C-level personas. DACH is where we build density first, but the right person follows the opportunity.
No territory to manage. No pipeline handed to you. In lockstep with the founders, in the field where relationships are built, not on Zoom.

WHO YOU ARE

You own a C-level network built over years, not borrowed from a CRM export. You have closed six-figure+ enterprise deals and know what almost killed them. You walk into a CEO conversation and the temperature does not change.
You have built something from scratch before. You want to do it again, this time with equity that means something.

WHAT WE OFFER

• PSOP from year one, scaling with the company toward Series A and beyond
• Competitive base, uncapped variable, accelerators on overperformance
• Direct line to the CEO and CCO, decisions in hours not weeks
• You are joining at the moment a category is being created

HOW TO APPLY

Send your CV alongside three short paragraphs. No company names needed:

1. A C-level deal you closed, the path you took, and what almost killed it.
2. One sentence on why the psychology layer matters more than data integration.
3. The CHF 100k+ conversation you would open in your first 30 days, and with whom.
