Enterprise Account Executive

Technology is one of the biggest items in an enterprise CFO’s budget, second only to headcount. Traditional procurement is one of the most frustrating, friction-filled bottlenecks in the modern business.

Vertice is the world’s first Intelligent Procurement Platform eliminating this chaos. By combining agentic workflows, deep AI insights, and a global network of expert negotiators, we empower enterprises to buy smarter and scale at pace.

The market response has been unprecedented:

• $75bn+ in spend processed across our platform.

• 20% savings consistently delivered to our customers.

• 70% reduction in standard enterprise procurement cycles.

• 13X revenue growth achieved over the last two years alone.

Founded by serial technology entrepreneurs Roy and Eldar Tuvey, who have successfully scaled and exited two category-defining platforms and created $600M+ in enterprise value, we are backed by over $100M in Series C funding from tier 1 global investors including Bessemer Venture Partners, 83North, Lakestar. We have also been recognized as the #2 fastest-growing company on the Sunday Times' Tech 100 and the fastest-growing startup in the UK and Ireland by the FT’s Sifted (#4 in Europe).

With headquarters in London and hubs in New York, Brno, Sydney, and Johannesburg, we are fundamentally reshaping the global B2B economy.

Your role at Vertice:

We are looking for an elite commercial operator to spearhead our enterprise market expansion across the UK. Based out of our central London office, this is a net-new logo acquisition role designed for a closer who thrives in a high-velocity, high-stakes environment.

This is not a position for someone looking to execute a rigid, pre-existing corporate playbook. As an early member of our UK enterprise team, you will actively design the territory strategy, pioneer new verticals, and directly influence our global go-to-market architecture, all while working closely with leaders like George, Freddi, and Delaney.

Responsibilities:

• C-Suite Engagement: Target, consult, and close complex six-and-seven-figure partnerships with CFOs, Chief Procurement Officers, and CIOs at organizations with complex technology stacks.

• Executive Origination: Design and host targeted executive experiences—including private roundtables, CFO dinners, and industry forums—to build high-trust relationships and compress complex enterprise decision cycles.

• Rigorous Pipeline Architecture: Take absolute ownership of your territory. Utilise a data-driven approach to map high-value accounts, run precise weekly forecasting meetings, and systematically advance opportunities through the funnel.

• Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate intimately with our Product, Marketing, and Account Management teams. You will act as a critical feedback loop, translating live market data and frontline deal intelligence directly into our product roadmap.

• Ecosystem Leverage: Partner with our internal networks of expert buyers and financial analysts to craft hyper-tailored, data-backed business cases that make the Vertice value proposition undeniable to enterprise financial leaders.

Requirements:

• Experienced Operator: You bring circa 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience within a high-growth SaaS, FinTech, or disruptive technology environment.

• Enterprise Navigator: You have an undeniable track record of navigating dense corporate hierarchies, managing multi-stakeholder evaluation processes (Legal, InfoSec, Procurement, Finance), and winning competitive enterprise contracts in the UK market.

• Immediate Executive Presence: You possess the commercial credibility and financial acumen required to command a room of corporate executives from the very first interaction.

• Relentless Hunter: You are a self-reliant pipeline builder. You don't wait for warm inbound leads; you actively manufacture opportunity through precise targeting, deep account research, and compelling, value-driven outreach.

• High Accountability, Low Ego: You are deeply competitive with yourself but a collaborative teammate. You are obsessively prepared for every meeting, highly coachable, and consistently execute with a growth mindset.

Why join Vertice?

• Hyper-Growth Impact: Join a business experiencing explosive commercial traction, where your individual contributions directly move the needle on our global valuation.

• Uncapped Upside: We offer highly competitive base salaries, a rewarding commission structure, and meaningful equity options so you share directly in the wealth we create.

• Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a brilliant, highly motivated team that deeply values transparency, diversity, and intellectual curiosity.

• In-Person Velocity: We operate on a hybrid model. We believe this collective time accelerates learning, mentorship, and execution speed.
