You’ll lead and scale our engineering team during a critical growth phase. This means building a high-performing team, establishing engineering excellence, and shipping products that help finance teams become true strategic partners to their organizations
Day to day, you’ll be hiring exceptional engineers, setting technical direction alongside our founders, unblocking your team, and fostering a culture where people do the best work of their careers. Founder experience (YC or equivalent) with firsthand understanding of building from zero to one
Strong full-stack engineering background that allows you to be the architectural tie-breaker when needed

Experience building a culture of high standards where engineers are proud of what they ship
Track record of improving team output—increasing shipping cadence (especially through the use of AI), making incidents rare, and accelerating hiring velocity
Track record of guiding teams to strong technical outcomes

Demonstrated success building engineering teams at high-growth startups (Series A through growth stage)
