Rifenburg Construction is proud to participate in the Department of Defense SkillBridge Program, providing transitioning service members with hands-on training and real-world experience in heavy civil construction.
This 12-week training opportunity allows active-duty military members who have been approved for SkillBridge by their command to gain experience working alongside experienced project managers on active construction projects.
Throughout the program, participants will receive structured training in project management, estimating, scheduling, field operations, safety, budgeting, and leadership while preparing for a successful civilian career.
Participants may be considered for full-time employment upon completion of the program and military separation.
