More Than Just Dispensing

At Leightons, our Dispensing Opticians lead the patient journey.

You'll take time to understand each patient's lifestyle, visual requirements and personal preferences before recommending the right eyewear solution. Whether you're styling frames, advising on lens technology or helping someone feel more confident in their choice, your expertise will make a genuine impact.

This is a role where you can focus on delivering personalised care rather than rushing through appointments.

You'll be trusted to do what you do best: provide expert advice and create outstanding patient experiences.

Why Haslemere?

Our Haslemere practice is known for its warm, welcoming atmosphere and loyal patient base.

You'll work alongside a supportive team that shares your commitment to quality care, clinical excellence and exceptional service. It's a practice where relationships matter, both with colleagues and patients.

You'll be:

• A fully qualified and GOC-registered Dispensing Optician

• Passionate about delivering outstanding patient care

• A confident and engaging communicator

• Customer-focused and consultative in your approach

• Enthusiastic about eyewear, styling and personalised service

• Motivated to create memorable experiences for every patient

Most importantly, you'll believe that every patient deserves expert advice, individual attention and eyewear they're excited to wear.

Why Leightons?

Since 1928, we've remained proudly independent, building our reputation on clinical excellence, trusted advice and exceptional customer care.

We give our teams the support, autonomy and development opportunities they need to thrive, creating an environment where colleagues can build rewarding careers while making a real difference to people's lives.
