Life as a Sprinter -

Nobody succeeds at Sprinto by staying in their lane.

We are organized around problems, not job titles. Sprinters take ownership beyond their role, solve hard problems, and care deeply about the impact they create. If something can be improved, fixed, or built, we don't wait for permission; we step in.

Being remote means we rely less on proximity and more on trust. We write things down, communicate openly, and move quickly because great teams aren't built by sitting together, they're built by pulling in the same direction.

We believe progress beats perfection, feedback is a gift, and doing the right thing matters, even when nobody is watching.

And while we move with urgency, we never move alone.

The mission -

Sprinto operates in a category where trust is everything—and content has the opportunity to shape who customers trust before they ever speak to Sales.

As Director – Content + Branding, you'll define how Sprinto thinks, speaks, teaches, and shows up in the market. You'll build a content engine that makes complex ideas around security, compliance, risk, and trust genuinely worth reading—while turning that attention into brand preference, organic growth, and qualified pipeline.

This is a role with both creative and commercial ownership. You'll shape our editorial point of view, build content properties people actively come back to, lead a high-performing team, and experiment with how content gets discovered in a world being reshaped by AI and changing search behaviour.

If you're excited by the opportunity to build a category voice—not just a content calendar—this is your canvas.

Where you'll leave your mark?

Build a content brand people actively seek out. Define Sprinto's editorial strategy, voice, and point of view across thought leadership, SEO, newsletters, Academy, product storytelling, and original content properties.

Turn expertise into influence. Take complex ideas across security, compliance, risk, and trust and turn them into sharp, useful narratives that make Sprinto a brand practitioners and business leaders learn from—not simply one they discover through search.

Build content that creates commercial impact. Connect content strategy to organic pipeline, demand generation, ABM, product launches, and sales conversations, creating a clear line between what we publish and how the business grows.

Rethink organic growth for an AI-first world. Evolve Sprinto's approach to SEO and discoverability as traditional search changes, experimenting with new formats, distribution channels, content clusters, and ways of earning visibility across search and AI-driven discovery.

Create once, compound everywhere. Build a strong repurposing and distribution engine that turns great ideas into multiple formats and ensures our best thinking travels much further than the original piece.

Build the team behind the brand. Lead writers, editors, and external partners while raising the bar for editorial craft, speed, experimentation, and commercial thinking. Your impact should show up not only in the content Sprinto produces, but in how much stronger the people producing it become.

The kind of builder we're looking for -

You'll likely thrive in this role if...

You've spent 7+ years building content, including 3+ years leading teams and meaningful experience within B2B SaaS, and you're ready to own a company's content direction rather than one channel within it.
You're an editor at heart. You can recognise a powerful idea, sharpen an argument, challenge mediocre writing, and turn complicated subjects into stories people actually want to consume.
You've built content strategies for SMB and mid-market B2B audiences and understand how content needs to work differently across awareness, consideration, ABM, product education, and sales enablement.
You understand growth as deeply as craft. You've built SEO and organic programs, understand funnels and attribution, and can connect editorial decisions to pipeline and business outcomes.
You have strong opinions about how content is changing in an AI-first world and are excited to experiment with new approaches to search, distribution, production, and discoverability rather than defending yesterday's playbook.
You know that great content isn't created by Marketing in isolation. You're comfortable working with Product Marketing, Sales, Product, subject-matter experts, and leadership to find the ideas worth telling.
You've built and developed strong content teams. You know when to coach, when to edit, when to challenge, and how to create standards without becoming the bottleneck.
You think in systems as much as stories—editorial calendars, repurposing engines, distribution loops, analytics, content operations, and clear OKRs are what allow great creative work to compound.
You're ultimately interested in building a brand, not filling a calendar. You care about what Sprinto becomes known for, what audiences remember, and whether the work you create genuinely moves the business.

Experience in cybersecurity, compliance, developer tools, or similarly technical categories, along with exposure to ABM, newsletters, HubSpot, GA4, Semrush, Webflow, or similar platforms, will help you ramp faster—but we're primarily looking for someone with the editorial judgment and commercial instinct to make Sprinto's content impossible to ignore.

If you're looking to inherit a content calendar and optimise what's already there, this probably isn't it. But if you want to build a distinctive content brand, shape how a category thinks, and prove that exceptional content can be both creatively ambitious and commercially powerful, we'd love to meet you.
