About the role
We're looking for a technically sharp, commercially minded Growth Specialist to join Lawpath's digital growth function. This is a high-impact hybrid role - you'll own both our Paid Media operations across Google, Meta, TikTok and Microsoft Ads, and our SEO function. You'll think commercially, report clearly against OKRs, and work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Data & Technology to connect digital activity to revenue.
What You’ll Be Up To
👉 SEO
- Share ownership of site architecture and information architecture across the full estate, set and enforce governance for templated pages at scale and own crawl and rendering health on a custom-built platform.
- Entity, EEAT and AI visibility - Build Lawpath's entity layer by owning technical SEO infrastructure: XML sitemaps, structured data/schema markup, on-page optimisation, internal link structure and site architecture.
- Grow authority beyond links by leveraging digital PR, unlinked brand mentions, and harvesting the existing partnership network for placements and citations.
- Drive keyword ranking strategy using SEMRush, SEOGets, and Google Search Console (GSC); bonus for working with GSC API, SEMRush API, or MCP-based tooling to automate reporting
- Monitor and evaluate search performance using GA4 and Looker Studio, with clear OKR-tied reporting
- Create content strategy and authority with topics and entity coverage mapped to commercial intent across legal documents, company registration, trademarks, accounting, tax and compliance. Write the briefs that make execution good.
👉 Paid Media
- Manage and optimise Lawpath's Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads - account structure, ad copy, bidding strategy, negative keywords, and audience targeting
- Operate and scale Paid Social campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, aligned with Lawpath's company registration and subscription suite
- Execute A/B testing and creative iteration across Search and Social to continuously improve CPA and lead
volume
- Contribute to Lawpath's Looker Studio Paid Media dashboard for weekly performance visibility
- Collaborate with Data & Technology on attribution accuracy, first-party conversion tracking (GTM, GA4), and Salesforce revenue data integration
- Support ad hoc campaign launches for key commercial moments (e.g. $0 Company Formation campaigns, product launches, seasonal demand spikes)
👉 Cross-Functional
- Produce biweekly growth reporting connecting digital channel activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes in a format accessible to Sales and Leadership
- Work closely with Sales and CX teams to align campaign messaging with conversion and retention insights
- Support newsletter and email campaign operations in coordination with the CRM calendar
- Contribute to OKR tracking, quarterly growth planning, and weekly WIP reporting
Who we're looking for
- 4+ years in a combined SEM/SEO or digital growth role, ideally in B2B SaaS, legal tech or a subscription business
- Proven experience running campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (Microsoft Ads a bonus)
- Strong SEO and analytics toolkit: Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or SEMRush, SEOGets, GSC, GA4, Looker Studio and Excel/Sheets
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and WordPress for technical SEO
- A strong communicator who turns digital metrics into plain commercial language
- Proactive and commercially minded, with a bias for action and a healthy devil's advocate streak
- Keeps across how AI is reshaping search
- Comfortable in Asana and Notion
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce CRM or marketing attribution platforms
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and event/conversion tracking setup
- Experience with GSC API, SEMRush API, or MCP-based tooling for SEO automation and monitoring
- A background in legal, professional services or a regulated industry
- Knowledge of the Australian SEO landscape and local search
Beyond the Base Salary
- 💰 Equity in Lawpath through our Employee Share Option Plan
- 💻 Hybrid and flexible working options
- 🌴 An extra day of Birthday Leave
- 🚀 Opportunities for career growth
- 👪 A generous parental leave policy
- 📚 A learning stipend for ongoing development
- 🧘 Wellbeing perks including gym discounts, run club and wellness initiatives
- 💬 A transparent and fun culture with regular celebrations and team events
