Monitor platform performance and availability using New Relic, Prometheus and Grafana.
Lead and support P1/P2 production incident response, root cause analysis and preventative actions.
Contribute to platform reliability, automation, scalability, security and operational improvement initiatives.
Work closely with engineering, product and support teams within an agile delivery environment.
Participate in the DevOps on-call roster, providing out-of-hours support for critical production incidents.

What you bring

3+ years' experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering or a similar role.
Strong hands-on AWS experience within production environments.
Practical experience with Kubernetes, ideally Amazon EKS.
Strong Infrastructure as Code capability using Terraform, CloudFormation or similar.

Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work effectively during production incidents.

Experience with tools such as Git, GitHub Actions, Bamboo, Jira, SonarQube, Veracode, New Relic, Prometheus and Grafana will be well regarded.

Why Verra Mobility?

You will work on technology that supports real-world transport and public safety outcomes, with exposure to both modern cloud-native architecture and established production platforms.

Opportunities to improve automation, reliability and engineering practices.
A collaborative international technology environment.
Hybrid working from our South Melbourne office and home.
