Twigeo
ApplyTwigeo is a full-service creative growth agency with offices in Stockholm, New York and Bulgaria. We are 50+ people from 22 countries, and we partner with brands like Duolingo and MyFitnessPal to grow through performance marketing. We work with game-changing brands who have digital products and services and we adapt fast to technological changes.
The way we concept, design and produce creative work is changing fast. We want someone who’s excited to explore what’s possible and help shape what comes next with us.
We're looking for a new generation of designers. You're a storyteller at heart, and your toolset looks different from the one designers had five years ago. You have strong creative judgement and aren’t impressed by an output simply because AI made it possible.
You know your way around standard tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, and you've moved past simply typing prompts into chat-based AI assistants. You build workflows, connect nodes, and deploy agents to handle the heavy lifting, crafting repeatable, node-based creative pipelines or used to working in node-based suites like DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools. You're also curious about shaping AI guardrails using MD-files (markdown files for brand guidelines), leveraging LLMs, and integrating custom skills into your agents.
You know how to turn an idea into an ad that communicates. That creates a feeling, makes someone want to watch to the end, or gets them to click a button. And once it’s live, you want to look at the performance data to understand what worked, what didn’t and what to make next. Whether it’s motion, a static ad, UGC-style creative or a filmed brand piece, you understand visual storytelling and how to bring an idea to life.
You want to see what AI can solve for us, and you want to help shape that change rather than watch it happen.
Concept, design and produce ads for paid social and digital platforms, across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and whatever platform comes next.
Ability to use AI to turn one idea into dozens of strong variations, with the design skills to ensure the output is high quality.
Comfortable discussing creative work and ideas with clients.
Work closely with designers, marketers and analysts in Stockholm, New York and Bulgaria, using performance data to decide what to make next.
Comfortable setting up agents and automations to handle repetitive production work
You use Claude, ChatGPT or other AI-assitants to speed up workflows
We’re looking for a creative designer whose medium now includes systems, models and workflows.
Strong visual craft: layout, typography, motion and editing
Strong advertising instincts: You understand how copy, visuals and format work together to make people stop, watch, feel or act.
Strong grasp of AI models: Solid understanding of what different AI models can do, with a habit of constantly testing and comparing new models as they are released.
A teamplayer who thrives working with others, sharing knowledge, collaborating closely and discussing until we find the right solution together.
A few years of professional design experience, ideally in advertising, social or performance marketing
Curious and self-driven. You test new tools, keep what works and drop what doesn't
Fluent in English. Swedish is a plus, not a must
Room to experiment, with time and budget to test new AI tools and workflows
A real say in how Twigeo's creative team works with AI going forward
Global brands, and colleagues in three offices and 22 nationalities
Monthly salary range between 34,000 - 42,000 SEK, occupational pension, and health benefits
30 paid vacation days per year to recharge
5,000 SEK/year wellness allowance (friskvårdsbidrag)
Hybrid work setup from our Stockholm office (Tuesday & Thursday in-office)
Mentorship and a clear path from professional to senior
Does this seems to be something for you? Send your CV and a portfolio or showreel!
If we move forward, we'll give you access to one of the newest tools on the market. Your task is to build a workflow in it, make an ad with it, and present it to us: the idea, the node graph and the finished piece.
We'd like you to start as soon as possible, or whenever you're able to. We review applications on a rolling basis, so don't wait.
