ApplyAbout Mosaic:
Mosaic is the AI-driven deal modeling platform for private markets, used by leading investors and advisors including Warburg Pincus, Apollo, CVC, New Mountain, and Evercore. Mosaic automates and standardizes core deal analyses – such as LBOs and DCFs – so investment teams can move faster, reduce spreadsheet risk, and spend more time on investment judgment.
Mosaic’s platform combines deterministic, rules-based calculations with AI-powered ingestion and agentic workflows to generate replicable, audit-ready outputs that private equity, private credit, and investment banking teams can trust across billion-dollar deals.
Mosaic is on a mission to build the AI-driven operating system for the world’s most sophisticated investors and their advisors. We’re growing quickly and are hiring across engineering, product, customer enablement, and go-to-market teams.
For those excited to sit at the intersection of high finance and technology, Mosaic offers a rare opportunity to shape how the industry operates for decades to come.

About the Role:
As a deployment strategist on the Customer Experience team supporting Mosaic’s Private Equity and Investment Banking clients, you’ll be at the frontline of Mosaic’s growth – owning the post-sale relationship from onboarding through renewal, building long-term relationships with current clients, and uncovering opportunities to expand our footprint across the firm.
You’ll act as a trusted partner to deal teams, using your finance skillset to bridge Mosaic’s capabilities into real-world workflows, including mapping our platform to legacy Excel models at some of the world’s largest and most sophisticated firms.

Key Responsibilities:
● Own the post-sale relationship across a portfolio of leading private equity and investment banking clients, from onboarding through renewal.
● Lead onboarding, training, and workflow design for new private equity and investment banking teams using the Mosaic platform.
● Partner with senior investment professionals to understand their strategy and identify where Mosaic can add deeper value.
● Own the renewal process end-to-end, proactively managing risk and identifying expansion opportunities by staying close to deal teams and their evolving needs.
● Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering to influence Mosaic’s roadmap based on real-world client feedback.
● Become a subject matter expert on the platform, private equity and investment banking workflows, and how Mosaic can drive better deal outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
● Relevant Finance Background: 1-3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related finance field.
● Modeling & Valuation Fluency: Strong command of financial modeling and valuation concepts, with the ability to speak credibly with deal professionals.
● Strategic & Analytical Thinker: Able to synthesize customer feedback into actionable insights for product development.
● Executive-Level Communicator: Exceptional communicator with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders across all seniority levels.
● Builder Mentality: A proactive problem-solver with technical curiosity and a passion for innovation.
