• AI & Digital Enablement: Utilize standard automation tools, AI templates, and digitized workflows to accelerate deal structuring, optimize proposal quality, and improve team efficiency.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner actively with Sales, Delivery, and Commercial teams during the deal lifecycle to resolve scoping inquiries, maintain proposal accuracy, and adhere to Cisco governance standards.

• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for operational and process improvements, championing the adoption of digital assets and streamlined quoting methodologies.

• Knowledge Sharing & Continuous Learning: Participate in team enablement sessions, share best practices, and contribute to reusable deal templates and documentation to drive consistency across the organization.

Who You'll Work With

You will join a dynamic, collaborative team of deal specialists, solution architects, and pricing analysts within Cisco's Customer Experience (CX) organization. You will work side-by-side with Account Managers, Technical Solutions Architects, Service Delivery Managers, and Renewals teams, serving as a vital bridge between customer-facing sales strategy and backend delivery execution.
