Partner with Product, Engineering, Security, Finance, and Operations to ensure contractual commitments are technically achievable and financially supportable
Navigate an evolving regulatory and compliance landscape, including AI sales restrictions, potential CFTC oversight, SOC 2 & GDPR requirements, and financial-services and data-privacy laws across jurisdictions
Lead the company’s response to disputes, litigation, and regulatory inquiries, providing clear and decisive counsel under pressure
Advise on corporate governance, fundraising, debt and equity financings, intellectual property protection, and other strategic corporate matters
Build contract templates, negotiation playbooks, approval processes, and systems for tracking contractual obligations and risk
