Negotiation & Advisory: Support negotiations with customers, suppliers, and partners, reviewing contract terms and conditions leading to contract award and acceptance, by liaising (handover) with the business development, supply chain team, and project management teams. Formulate and obtain internal approval for all agreements to be entered into as prime or sub-contractor, and to review and recommend the entry into all contractual commitments with customers on behalf of EID. Collaborate with the different departments to negotiate favourable terms, driving cost efficiencies without compromising quality or service levels. Provide general commercial legal advice on contractual issues.

Risk Management: Anticipate and identify legal risks and develop strategies to address and mitigate them. Support for resolving contractual disputes, facilitating resolution in a timely manner. Manage contractual risks, variations, and claims.
