Company Description

Turner & Townsend is a global leading programme management company with over 22,000 people in more than 60 countries. Working with our clients across real estate, infrastructure, energy and natural resources, we transform together delivering outcomes that improve people's lives. Working in partnerships makes it possible to deliver the world's most impactful projects and programmes as we turn challenge into opportunity and complexity into success.

We, Energy & Natural Resources, are a truly global sector, partnering with leading energy and natural resources companies worldwide. By supporting our clients’ net zero ambitions, we help deliver successful outcomes on major programs that enhance production efficiency, reduce carbon emissions, and increase reliance on renewable energy sources.

We operate across all areas of the energy and natural resources industries, including clean energy, conventional and low carbon energy, transmission, and mining. Our core focus is on clean energy generation and transmission, as well as the commodities and technologies that support a decarbonized future. This includes liquefied natural gas (LNG), carbon capture and storage (CCS), hydrogen, and the metals and minerals essential for developing low carbon technologies.

As an independent entity, we specialize in programme strategy and setup, program management, cost and commercial management, project management, procurement, controls and performance, technology and data, and advisory services.

When our clients evaluate their options and the economic viability of each, their major concerns revolve around securing investment, benefiting communities, and managing delivery within quality, time, and cost parameters. At the heart of these challenges is a deep understanding of commercial viability and program deliverability. Our strategy is based on understanding our clients’ challenges and helping them achieve visibility of cost, schedule, and performance through effective service methodologies, tools and systems.
