Content Marketing Specialist (German Speaking)

At Dyflexis, we help millions of employees worldwide with our workforce management software. From the bakery around the corner to international hotel and retail chains. The software is powerful, customer questions are diverse, and no two days are the same. You’ll get to know the product inside out and contribute to something that’s growing rapidly in more than 20 countries.

How do we do it? We work in a fast-paced environment with short communication lines. There are no unnecessary meetings and no politics. Our Focus? Ownership, clear communication, and getting things done together. We move quickly, learn by doing, and continuously improve how we support our customers. Right now, that means turning our English content into copy that reads as if it was written for the German market from day one, and we're looking for someone who can own that transcreation from top-funnel copy through to full campaigns.

This is what you'll do

As Content Marketing Specialist, you transcreate our English content into market-native German copy: blogs, e-books, web copy, and the ad and email copy behind our campaigns. You work from the Content Manager's SEO brief and structure, and turn that into copy that reads as native German content, i.e. not a direct translation.

• Transcreate English content into market-native German blogs, e-books, web copy and social media

• Own market-specific positioning: adapt tone, examples and framing so every piece reads as native German content.

• Write market-native ad copy for the region: LinkedIn, Google, campaign and nurture email copy.

• Localize sales enablement material for the region's sales team: decks, one-pagers and brochures.

This is what you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in literature, marketing, or another creative field.

• 2-3 years of experience in writing, editing or translating.

• Fluent in German, with English at C1 level.

• Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for tone and nuance.

• Comfortable working in Monday and Figma, or confident picking up similar tools fast.

• A team player with strong communication skills.

• Experience in fintech, HR, B2B SaaS, IT or HR tech is a plus.

What you'll get

At Dyflexis, you'll be part of an ambitious, energetic, and customer-focused team. We offer:

• Fixed salary up to €4,500 gross per month based on a 40-hour week (skill based).

• Personal development budget to level up your skills.

• 25 vacation days plus your birthday off in exchange for cake.

• An in-house chef surprising you daily with fresh lunch.

• The best parties, drinks and trips (Winter sports, Ibiza and more).

• Membership at ARJ Training boxing gym (home of champion Tarik and Levi Rigters).

• Solid pension plan and 8% holiday allowance.

• Buy or sell vacation days, you decide.

• Travel allowance and WFH compensation.

• Friday chair massages to kick off your weekend.
