Content Developer - Property, Construction, Infrastructure (Legal/Regulatory)

Flexible Location | Fully Remote or Hybrid | Sydney preferred

Are you a professional with a law degree who is ready to step beyond traditional practice and make a real impact?

Join a team that is reimagining how organisations interpret and apply regulation—combining legal expertise, technology, and industry insight to help customers navigate complexity with confidence.

This is not your typical “back-office” content role. You’ll be front and centre, shaping industry-leading regulatory content, engaging directly with customers, and influencing how the Education sector approaches compliance.

Why this role stands out

• Work from anywhere across Australia – Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra or fully remote

• True flexibility – flexible hours with autonomy to structure your day

• High-impact work – influence how major organisations meet regulatory obligations

• Cutting-edge environment – combine law, AI, and innovation to deliver smarter solutions

• Global exposure – collaborate across international teams and markets

• Career growth – expand into thought leadership, stakeholder engagement, and product strategy

About the role

You’ll take ownership of regulatory content within the Property, Construction & Infrastructure sector, ensuring it is accurate, practical, and tailored to both legal and non-legal audiences.

You’ll operate at the intersection of:

• Legal research and interpretation

• Content development and product design

• Customer and industry engagement

This is a highly visible role where you’ll engage directly with clients, present insights, and shape the future of regulatory content.

What you’ll be doing

• Own and evolve a portfolio of regulatory content across the Property, Construction, Infrastructure & Environment sector

• Translate complex legislation into clear, practical guidance for customers

• Monitor legislative change, regulatory developments, and industry trends

• Engage with customers, regulators, and subject matter experts to shape content

• Lead content projects from concept through to delivery

• Support product, sales, and marketing teams with insights and content expertise

• Represent the business at events, webinars, and industry forums

Who we’re looking for

• A professional with a law degree (essential) and/or a legal background

• Strong legal research and drafting skills

• Ability to simplify complex concepts for non-legal audiences

• Interest or experience in Property, Construction, Infrastructure & Environment, compliance, or regulatory environments

• If you have experience in Commercial Leasing, Environment or Facilities Management - please apply also!

• Confident communicator – comfortable engaging with clients and presenting ideas

• Highly organised with strong project management skills

• A proactive, curious mindset with a genuine interest in the Education sector

You don’t need to be a practising lawyer—many of the team have transitioned from legal backgrounds into impactful content and product roles.

What’s in it for you

• Flexible working that actually works – remote-first with optional office access

• Autonomy and trust – manage your own workload and priorities

• Purpose-driven work – help organisations stay compliant and operate with confidence

• Innovative environment – work with AI-driven tools and forward-thinking teams

• Supportive, collaborative culture – intelligent, down-to-earth team with diverse backgrounds

• Wellbeing and lifestyle benefits, including additional leave, wellness initiatives, and learning opportunities
