Own the CRO strategy for blog and tutorials — identify the biggest conversion opportunities, maintain a prioritised hypothesis backlog, and set quarterly OKRs
Design and implement UX improvements: layouts, CTAs, page structure, and copy direction for conversion elements
Set up and run A/B and multivariate tests with pre-defined hypotheses and kill criteria
Analyse test results to statistical significance and document every finding - win, loss, or inconclusive
Ensure winning tests get rolled out; don't let them sit in staging
Align with the Head of Content on roadmap, brand voice, and conversion trends
3+ years of experience in CRO/UX field
Experience working with long-form content formats
UX thinking that goes beyond aesthetics — you can diagnose why users don't convert
Analytical rigor — you're comfortable with data, know its limits, and make data-driven decisions with confidence rather than gut feel
Ability to write or direct conversion copy that stays on-brand
Strong prioritization instincts — more ideas than available time is the default, and you're comfortable with that
Nice to have: experience in a content-led or SEO-heavy environment, familiarity with SaaS/web hosting conversion patterns, or basic HTML/CSS knowledge
