Construction Contracts Manager

We are recruiting a Construction Contracts Manager for our client, an international consulting and engineering group active in Romania for almost 30 years, with services in road and rail transport infrastructure, water and environment, energy, urban development, and institutional advisory. Globally, the company creates and operates intelligent infrastructure and buildings that support the transition to a low-carbon economy and sustainable territorial development.

This is a role where contracts, claims, and risk sit at the centre of the project — from the tender stage through to project reviews. You’ll develop, review, and negotiate complex contracts, administer them throughout the project lifecycle, support claims management and dispute resolution, and work closely with Project Managers and Technical Coordinators as well as the central Contract Management team. The work is built around international design and contract management standards, including FIDIC.

• Employment contract (CIM) or B2B collaboration, based on your preference

• Large-scale transport infrastructure projects, in Romania and internationally

If you work with FIDIC conditions and want contracts at the centre of large infrastructure projects, apply now — or let’s talk first if you’d like to learn more.
