Become a Practice Owner

We’re seeking a DVM aspiring to become a practice owner. Hartsdale Veterinary Hospital is looking for the right veterinarian to step into a partnership role with the opportunity to grow into co-ownership alongside Veterinary Practice Partners (VPP).

This role offers the chance to step into leadership, build ownership, and help shape what comes next for a well-established hospital in a highly desirable Westchester County location. As a Partner DVM, you will help guide the practice’s direction, support the team, and play a meaningful role in its long-term success.

You will not just practice in the hospital.
You will help shape it and share in its success.

About the Hospital

Hartsdale Veterinary Hospital is a full-service, AAHA-accredited hospital right in the heart of Hartsdale, just steps from the Metro-North train station, making it an easy commute whether you're coming from the city or nearby Westchester communities.

We care for a loyal and long-standing client base across Scarsdale, Edgemont, White Plains, and beyond, with a caseload that keeps things interesting, from preventative care and diagnostics to surgery and dentistry.

The team here is what really makes it special. It’s collaborative, well-supported, and genuinely enjoys working together. With a strong staff-to-doctor ratio, you can focus on practicing great medicine while also stepping into leadership, mentoring, and helping shape what comes next.

There’s already a strong foundation in place. It’s now ready for the right person to step in and take it forward.
