What is an Associate?

As an Associate, your primary responsibility is to rapidly connect our clients (Private Equity & Consultancy firms) with top industry experts from around the globe. Our clients have high expectations, so if you excel in a fast-paced target-driven environment, proSapient could be the ideal place for you. After an intensive training period, you'll be honing and applying a variety of skills, including communication, sales, project management, and negotiation.

You won't find a typical 9-to-5 here – we work with some of the world’s most respected investment and professional services firms, and sometimes the role will require going the extra mile and putting in extra hours. However, the rewards, uncapped commission and growth opportunities make it all worth it!

The key duties of this role will include:

• Understand Client Briefs: Receive and understand various client briefs, conducting initial research into new industries, companies and business topics to ensure a good base level of understanding of your client’s needs. Your business and commercial understanding will grow exponentially.
• Expert Sourcing: Having understood the client brief, a large part of your day will be spent sourcing experts on a global scale by:

1) Utilising our AI-driven Platform as a key source to find potential matches from within our existing network and

2) Utilising professional networking sites and other online resources to source new experts to join our network.

• Expert Communication: Employing a mix (Calls, Emails, Messaging, etc...) of outbound methods to reach experts, you’ll then engage with and vet to evaluate their suitability for the brief. These interactions are fantastic opportunities to learn more about an industry, build your professional network and hone your negotiation skills.
• Project Management: Work closely with your team to meet project deadlines and exceed clients’ expectations.

Requirements

• The drive to meet and exceed personal targets. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership of your own success.

• A client-focused mindset, committed to surpassing client expectations and delivering true value through
  speed, quality and excellent service.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English at C1 level (the ability to speak other languages is a plus).
• A curious nature, enjoying the opportunity to learn about various industries and develop new skills.
• Enjoy working in a team and collaborating with others to achieve success.

Benefits

• Generous uncapped commission scheme that is designed to encourage and reward over performance - the sky is the limit!
• Hybrid working (a maximum of 3 days in the office)
• On top of the hybrid working policy, you can enjoy the flexibility of working remotely for up to 20 days extra each year, allowing you to tailor your work environment to your needs and embrace a change of scenery.
• Growth Opportunities- At proSapient, your career growth is as dynamic as the role itself! We offer multiple paths for career development, allowing you to tailor your journey based on your skills and interests.
• Enhanced Maternity & Paternity pay
• Team outings- From quarterly gatherings to our annual winter & Summer parties, we love to celebrate, collaborate and have fun together!
• Health Insurance

Next Steps...

To set you up for success, we’d like you to attend a short Introductory Insight Session before your first-stage interview. This session will give you valuable context about our business, our people, and what the role involves, so you feel confident and fully informed going into the interview stages.

1. In the first stage, you’ll have an interview with a member of the Talent Team to discuss your background and how it aligns with the key skills required for the role.
2. At the second stage, you’ll meet with a Senior Associate and a Team Lead from our Client Services team. This will include a Case Study exercise and an opportunity for the team to learn more about your experience.
3. In the final stage, you’ll meet with one of our Associate Directors at proSapient for a more in-depth conversation about your interest in the role and your overall fit for the position.

We are committed to building an inclusive workplace – did you know that marginalized groups are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every requirement listed? If you are interested in the above role, but don’t necessarily tick every box, we encourage you to apply anyway – this role could still be a great match!
