ABOUT DNC FACILITY SERVICES

DNC Facility Services has been serving commercial clients since 1982. We clean office buildings, schools, government facilities, and more across multiple regions — and we have been growing ever since.

We are not just a cleaning company. We are building a team of professionals who take pride in their work, hold a real standard, and want to grow with a company that invests in them. The people in the buildings we clean count on us every single day. What we do matters — and we treat it that way.

---

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are always looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our cleaning crews. Schedules vary by location and contract, but most of our positions are afternoon and evening shifts, Monday through Friday.

When you apply, we will reach out about openings that match your availability and location. If the right position is not available today, we keep strong candidates on file and reach out when something comes up.

WHAT THE JOB LOOKS LIKE

Day-to-day responsibilities vary by site but typically include:

- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming throughout the facility
- Emptying and replacing trash liners
- Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms thoroughly each shift
- Wiping and disinfecting surfaces, desks, counters, and high-touch areas
- Cleaning interior windows and glass on scheduled intervals
- Maintaining a clean, organized, professional appearance throughout the building
- Following the DNC Standard — our system for making sure the job is actually done right

---

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We hire for character first. Experience is a plus, but it is not required — we will train the right person from day one.

The right person for DNC:

- Shows up on time and follows through every shift
- Takes pride in the details, not just getting through the task list
- Is coachable and open to feedback — nobody starts knowing everything
- Holds themselves to a standard even when nobody is watching
- Wants to grow — not just collect a check

If that sounds like you, we want to hear from you.

---

WHAT WE OFFER

- Competitive starting pay based on role and location
- Consistent schedules — same days, same location, same team
- Real training — you will learn a system, not just be handed a mop
- A respectful team and leadership that communicates clearly
- Growth from within — team lead and supervisor roles are filled from our own crews
- A company with over 40 years of history and a team that is still building something

OUR STANDARD

Every DNC employee learns the 4 Checks from day one:

1. Visual — Does it look clean at first glance?
2. Touch — Does it feel clean when you touch it?
3. Completion — Is everything on the list actually done?
4. Standard — Is it ready for anyone to walk in right now?

If it does not pass all 4 Checks, it is not done. That is how we define clean — and it is what separates our team from everyone else.

---

GROWTH OPPORTUNITY

DNC promotes from within. Team lead and quality control roles are filled by people who started exactly where you are starting. If you show initiative, hold the standard, and lead by example — there is a path forward here.

We are not looking for people who want a title. We are looking for people who earn one.

HOW TO APPLY

Fill out the application through this posting. Tell us a little about your experience and availability. We review every application and follow up within 24–48 hours.
