Deep expertise in cloud-native data or engineering platforms.
Ability to translate business, risk and technology into strategy.
Proven delivery in regulated environments.
Strong stakeholder influence and leadership skills.
Ability to work in ambiguity and make sound decisions.
Passion for high-performing, inclusive engineering cultures.

Technical Skills and Experience:

Data Platform Architecture – Lakehouse, data mesh, domain-aligned products.
Data Engineering & DataOps – Ingestion, CI/CD, testing and observability.
Cloud Platforms – AWS, containers, serverless and infrastructure as code.
