Channel Sales Manager – Display Solutions

Drive growth of Sharp’s professional Display Solutions Business in Denmark through strong channel partnerships, premium solutions and long-term business development

On behalf of Sharp, we are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Channel Sales Manager to develop and grow their Display Solutions business in Denmark.

The solutions include modular LED surfaces, large-format LCD displays, desktop monitors, laser projectors and ultra-low energy ePaper solutions.

Sharp sees significant potential for further growth within their Display Solutions in Denmark. The sales value chain includes distributors, system integrators and other channel partners, and the ambition is to strengthen the market position through close partnerships, value-added selling and a long-term commercial approach.

This creates an opportunity for an experienced sales professional who wants to take substantial ownership of the Danish market, develop strategic channel partnerships and contribute to business development.

The role

As Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and strengthening long-term relationships with Sharp’s channel partners across Denmark. Together with partners, you will drive strategic sales initiatives, identify new business opportunities and expand a joint customer base. You will act as a trusted advisor to partners, supporting them in developing their business, positioning new solutions and creating sustainable growth.

The role combines strategic channel management with hands-on sales execution, where you will do account planning, pipeline development, participate in joint sales activities and customer opportunities.

You will work closely with colleagues across the Nordics and have access to Solution Architects, Technical Specialists, Marketing and other internal resources.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Channel development: Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with strategic channel partners across Denmark.

• Partner business planning: Establish and align shared KPIs such as revenue targets, certifications and pipeline growth.

• New business opportunities: Identify new market opportunities and work with partners to expand the joint customer base.

• Account planning: Support account planning and regional sales strategies to accelerate deal cycles and increase deal value.

• Partner enablement: Support partner sales and technical teams through training, knowledge sharing and joint customer engagements.

• Commercial ownership: Contribute to the development of goals and strategies for the Danish Display Solutions business and take ownership of the P/L.

We are looking for an experienced B2B sales professional with a strong understanding of indirect sales channels and partner-driven business development.

You may currently be a Channel Sales Manager, Partner Manager, Key Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Manager or hold a similar commercial role. • Experience from B2B hardware sales.

• A strong network among audiovisual and/or IT partners.

• A proven track record of growing revenue through indirect sales channels.

• Documented experience in meeting or exceeding annual revenue targets through joint business planning and co-marketing activities with key accounts.

• Experience with value-added selling.

• Experience training partner sales and technical teams on display or other IT hardware features, software integration and pricing.

• Strong skills in Danish and English, both verbally and in writing.

• Strong skills in Microsoft tools, including PowerPoint.

As a person, you are outgoing, positive and socially oriented. You are result-oriented and ambitious, while maintaining a win-win approach in your relationships. Furthermore, you are structured and persistent and able to remain composed in negotiations and situations with pressure. You combine impact and determination with the ability to build credibility and command respect, both internally and externally.

You are independent and proactive, while also understanding the importance of collaboration and making active use of internal resources.

The role reports to the Chief Business Officer for Display Solutions in the Nordics, with a dotted reporting line to the Country Manager for Sharp Business Systems in Denmark.
