We are now looking for an experienced Channel Partner Manager who will:
- Own your region. Continuously analyse performance through data, understand the threats and opportunity areas, and devise plans to achieve the target.
- Identify, recruit, and activate new partners.
- Keep your book of partners healthy and growing by developing strong relationships. Identify high potential partners, manage issues and uncover growth opportunity areas - this would include trips to visit partners in-person!
- Be accountable for the success of projects in your region. These include go-to-market activities like campaigns and events.
- Proactively involve other departments to make your region and projects a success - collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal and Customer Success.
- Own your KPIs and supporting goals across revenue, partner performance and partner acquisition.
- Stay informed on market trends, competition, and regulatory developments in your market.
- Contribute your ideas and experience to team discussions on cross-regional initiatives.
- Become an expert in demo'ing the product - namely the partner portal and the end customer platform.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales or business development, account management (B2B, preferably in tech/SaaS or related fields), cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or cloud solutions.
- Experience building local partner ecosystems, ideally existing network of resellers, distributors, or technology partners in EMEA.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with partner portals, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and tracking partner performance.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a regional team and broader team remotely.
- Fluency in English, other languages are a plus.
Benefits
- Joining Usercentrics means becoming part of a fast-growing, diverse and international team of tech enthusiasts and entrepreneurially-minded who build our success story together.
- Company culture is important to us. We strive to continuously develop a positive, vibrant and inspiring environment that enables everyone to thrive both personally and professionally.
- Get involved. We have plenty of initiatives and love to see people from all departments enthusiastically participating and shaping our future together in different cross-department projects.
- Your work-life balance is important to us too. We offer flexible working hours, hybrid working, and the possibility of workcations (in accordance with our company policy).
- We always remember to have fun along the way, both in our day-to-day work and at our regular team events on site in our offices in Munich, Copenhagen, Odense, Lisbon and Prague, Buenos Aires and New York.
Some of our benefits
- Development budget for every employee: €800 per year
- Job-related language courses (English, German, Czech, Spanish, etc.): €350 per year
- Hybrid working policy with the option to take a workcation (up to 60 days per year)
- Events: team buildings, happy hours, parties/get-togethers, and occasional company-covered breakfasts or lunches (personally in-office, across offices, online)
- Gifts: we celebrate life and work milestones at UC (work anniversaries, new baby arrivals, and similar occasions)
- Snacks, fruit, coffee, and drinks in the office
