About M3 Informática:
M3 Informática is a Spanish vertical SaaS company delivering HR, payroll, and workforce management software purpose-built for the public sector including healthcare authorities and local government. The company has served its public administration clients for over three decades, operates on a highly recurring subscription model, and holds a strong market position within its vertical. Not a single client has ever churned. M3 is now entering its first chapter of international ownership under Banyan Software, combining three decades of deep regulatory lock-in with the operational and AI expertise of a global software group.

The business has to be durable, the product has to be the primary competitive advantage, and the opportunity to create structural distance through AI is real. What We Are Looking For
The CEO we are looking for is a product-led vertical SaaS operator with deep roots in the Spanish public sector who leads with an AI-first mindset and is energized by the opportunity to create real, lasting business value. They have managed a founder transition, hold key client relationships personally, and build a commercial function where none existed. They have held senior executive responsibility at a software company serving public administrations, with a track record of treating product as a primary strategic lever, navigating public procurement environments at a senior level, and leading their organization through at least one meaningful inflection point before the market forced the change. They proactively reposition ahead of market pressure, make difficult product and talent decisions for the long-term health of the business, and understand how to grow recurring revenue and protect the retention that makes it durable. This is a value-creating enterprise SaaS leader who sees AI not as a feature but as a structural advantage embedded in how they build, operate, and create enduring competitive distance for the businesses they lead.
