This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced people leader or a Senior Dental Assistant or Practice Manager ready to step up. You’ll be supported by your Regional Manager and national teams to develop your leadership skills and make your mark in a rewarding, fast-paced environment.

What we offer

• Permanent full-time position (Monday to Friday roster)

• Established 3-chair centre providing general dentistry, implants, surgical extractions and Invisalign services

• Competitive salary package with career progression opportunities

• Friendly, community-focused team and loyal patient base

• Ongoing training, coaching and leadership development

• Support from experienced regional and national operations teams

• A growing national network offering long-term career pathways

• On-site staff parking available

About the role

As Practice Manager, you'll take responsibility for the daily operations of the Point Cook centre, leading a team of permanent and casual staff, and ensuring a positive, professional environment for both patients and your team.

You’ll:

• Lead, mentor and motivate your team to deliver an exceptional patient experience every time

• Manage rosters, appointment scheduling, patient flow and centre presentation

• Support dentists to deliver efficient, high-quality general dental care

• Ensure compliance with clinical and operational policies and procedures

• Monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement

• Partner closely with your Regional Manager on business goals, team development and centre growth

This role combines hands-on operational management with genuine people leadership — ideal for someone who thrives on variety, teamwork and making things run smoothly.

About you

You’ll also bring:

• Experience in dental or healthcare operations — as a Practice Manager, Senior DA, or team leader

• Confident, hands-on experience with Dental4Windows (D4W) is required

• Confidence managing the daily operations of a busy centre

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coach and develop others

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves

• A genuine passion for patient care and teamwork
