Overview

SOSi is actively hiring Case Processing Specialists to cover a 24/7/365 operational program.  On-site shift work is required and will include consecutive nights or weekends when necessary.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB TASKS

• Data intake and entry
• Track inventory
• Draft and maintain administrative paperwork

• Document quality control/assurance

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 1-2 years of related job experience
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Must be a US Citizen
• Must have lived in the US for 3 out the past 5 years
• Basic data entry skills
• Ability to pass an SSBI government background investigation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work independently or within a team

• In person/on-site
• 24/7/365 shift work (shift designation cannot be guaranteed)
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and pressure
• Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
