Your mission
At
deskbird, you’re not joining a volume-driven outbound machine, you’re stepping into a company where your impact is visible from day one, your progression is tied to performance (not tenure), and your work directly shapes how we scale across Europe.
You’ll be at the heart of our expansion strategy into the UK and Irish market, partnering closely with Demand Generation and Sales to build pipeline, shape regional growth initiatives, and directly influence our success in the market.
We’re a leading workplace management platform, backed by
$23M Series B funding and trusted by global brands. But what makes us different is how we operate: founder-led, fast-moving, and deeply focused on building a high-performance culture without the corporate politics.
If you’re looking for a role where you can accelerate, not just “gain experience”, this is it.
This is a hybrid role based out of our London hub.
In this role you will
- Execute outbound strategies across the UKI market (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Identify and break into high-value accounts with tailored, relevant messaging
- Create pipeline that converts, not just volume that looks good on dashboards
- Partner closely with AEs on account strategy to win deals, not just pass leads
- Experiment constantly: test messaging, channels, and approaches to improve performance
- Contribute to shaping how outbound is done at deskbird as we scale
What you need to be successful
One year of previous sales experience would be ideal. However, we care far more about how you think and operate than how many years you’ve done the job.
- You’re proactive by nature, you don’t wait for leads, you create opportunities
- You’re competitive and driven
- You’re confident speaking to senior stakeholders
- You’re curious, you want to understand industries, personas, and what actually resonates
- You take ownership and move fast
- You’re motivated by growth, this role is a stepping stone, not the destination
Language requirements:
Native British English (additional languages are a bonus)
What’s in it for you?
- Generous annual leave: Unlimited PTO
- Annual company summit: Meet the whole team at our yearly summit in inspiring locations across Europe.
- Team “Bursts”: Opportunities to collaborate with your team in person.
- Home office support: Financial contribution to set up a comfortable, productive home office.
- Learning & development: Annual budget for coaching, certifications, and conferences.
- Co-working allowance: Budget to work from co-working spaces if there are no deskbird hubs close by.
