- Drive pipeline growth by making smart, targeted outbound approaches via phone, email, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Qualify inbound leads through consultative conversations and book meetings for our Account Executives
- Utilize the latest Sales Enablement tools and research techniques to identify and engage key decision-makers within target enterprise accounts.
- Maintain an accurate and "sharp" CRM (HubSpot) to track engagement and optimize your sales funnel
- Partner with Marketing to refine account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns and provide feedback to Product teams based on market insights.
What we're looking for:
- Persistence & grit — You are a resilient Sales Professional who thrives in a target-driven environment.
- Effective communication skills — You can articulate complex value propositions to diverse audiences across various industries.
- Coachability —You are curious, ask smart questions, and have a "student of the game" mentality
- Competitive Drive — Whether in sports or sales, you have a proven track record of hitting and exceeding goals.
- Collaborative spirit — You enjoy being part of a high-energy, global team of over 130 people across the US, UK, and Spain.
Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000 base, OTE $70,000-$80,000 with commissions (uncapped)
Why Zeelo:
- High-growth opportunity: Join at a pivotal moment in our US expansion

- Global exposure: Be part of a 130+ person team across the US, UK, and Spain
- Best-in-class tech: Our platform is redefining how organizations move their people
This is your chance to step into sales at a company where the work you do matters—to employers, employees, and the environment.
