Enterprise Sales Hunter: Build Your Business, Own Your Income
If you describe yourself as an enterprise sales person in the HR, Staffing, BPO industry who loves diagnosing and solving business problems, this is an ideal opportunity for you.
Are you an incredible sales person who thrives in a B2B environment with unlimited commissions and the autonomy to hunt for large enterprise relationship contracts? This is a high-energy opportunity for a sales professional who thrives in fast-moving environments and excels at relationship-driven, business-to-business consultative selling.
What This Really Means: You own your quota. You own your pipeline. You own your income. Unlimited commission structure. No cap. No ceiling. Reps here consistently hit six figures, and top performers go significantly higher. Your effort directly correlates to your paycheck.
Why This Opportunity Stands Out:
- Uncapped commission — build your book and watch your income scale with your results
- Enterprise deals that matter — you're hunting meaningful contracts with real complexity and real revenue
- True autonomy — you own your process. Proactive prospecting, relationship building, deal ownership from first touch to close
- Consultative selling done right — diagnose before you pitch. Build trust. Solve problems. Close bigger deals.
You're Built for This If:

- You want autonomy paired with unlimited earning potential
What You'll Own:
- Prospecting and pipeline — you're the driver of your own opportunity flow. Phone, email, video, network—you know the formula.
- Consultative qualification — you ask the right questions, listen sharply, and identify where your solutions create real value
- The close — you move qualified opportunities through a disciplined sales process with confidence and professionalism
- Account development — you build your book strategically, nurture relationships, and create expansion opportunities
- Pipeline integrity — your CRM is clean, your numbers are real, your activity is documented
