ABOUT ARISE HOMES
Arise Homes is a fast-growing new home builder and developer dedicated to delivering beautiful, quality homes at an accessible price point. We've built a strong reputation in the Kansas City metro — and we're just getting started.
THE OPPORTUNITY
If you've been looking for a way to break into sales, this is it. As a Business Development Representative, you'll step into a dynamic, customer-facing role with real growth potential — learning directly from a seasoned, high-performing sales team while playing a critical part in helping families find their dream home. This is a launching pad, not a landing spot.
You'll be the first point of contact for many of our buyers — managing leads, qualifying prospects, and setting the stage for our New Home Sales Consultants to close. If you're hungry, people-oriented, and thrive in a fast-moving environment, we want to talk.
