• Building and managing relationships with private clinics, hospitals, laboratories, general practitioners, and key opinion leaders

• Co-developing and implementing a longer-term growth strategy for the Serbian market

• A university degree in a natural-science field (e.g. biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, molecular biology, pharmacy, medicine, or similar) is mandatory

• 5+ years of experience in business development and/or sales, ideally in the medical, laboratory, pharmaceutical, or diagnostics sector

• Proven ability to build networks and close deals: strong selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Strategic thinking combined with strong hands-on implementation

• Self-driven and results-oriented, able to work independently while engaging key market stakeholders

• An established network within Serbia's private healthcare sector and among general practitioners

• Fluent Serbian and English

Would be an advantage

• Knowledge of or experience in oncology (a strong plus, but not required)

• Experience in the product category of similar genetic tests

• Full-time employment in a dynamic environment that promotes collaboration and innovation

• Competitive compensation based on results achieved, reflecting the value you bring

• Learning and development opportunities to advance your career

• Full support from our teams at headquarters, who will collaborate with you to develop and execute innovative growth strategies

If you have a passion for healthcare and business development — and you want to be the one to bring a genuine cancer-screening breakthrough to the Serbian market — we encourage you to apply.
