This Is not a Sales Job. It is a Growth Mission! This role asks you to not just sell but build markets. You will not inherit a territory; you will own the responsibility for creating one!
We are expanding into entirely new markets for Professional Communication Systems, and we're looking for Business Development Managers who are willing to challenge conventional thinking and redefine how business gets done. You will identify untapped industries, create demand from the ground up, and introduce world-class audio communication solutions into markets such as military, medical/healthcare, mining, power plants, and data centers.
We are looking for relentless competitors who are energized by the challenge of creating opportunities where none exist. People who thrive while facing adversity, who see obstacles as puzzles to solve, and who refuse to accept average results. This is not a role for someone who simply wants to hit quotas. This is for someone who wants to build something meaningful, earn without limits, and leave a lasting impact on a growing company.
**Qualified candidates must be located near a major metro airport for frequent (up to 50%) travel as needed.

Understand customer challenges and position integrated professional communication solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. This is not transactional selling—it is solution selling!
Challenge the Status Quo!
We are not looking for someone who simply follows our playbook. We are looking for someone who will challenge it, bring new ideas, and experiment with new outreach strategies.
Build Relationships That Create Momentum
Become the trusted resource customers call first. Develop executive-level relationships.
Own Your Pipeline
Prospect relentlessly. Generate demand and create opportunities. Navigate complex sales cycles and close new business.
Help Shape the Future
