While we are investor led, we are already profitable, and growing rapidly across India and the US.

Description - About the role

You’d be doing a wide variety of things - talking to the Founding team and CXOs to understand what they are looking for in the crucial person to join their team. Then, picking people who you think are up for the challenge. Communicating and coordinating with them to get a candidate placed in the firm. You’d also analyse trends in which candidates get selected, use internal tools to find the best talent, and understand trends across industries.

This role could lead to a Founder’s office role in a year or two.

Who are we looking for:

An exceptional communicator: Your communication is clear, you have the ability to communicate with CXOs confidently, and you can talk to candidates with clarity and empathy. The energy and enthusiasm to talk, express and “listen” in a conversation. English fluency is a must, and other languages are a plus.

Hustler mindset: high agency, strong personal accountability, and a preference for direct hands-on execution - essentially a go-getter attitude.

Coachable, detail-oriented and action-oriented: You are willing to learn, absorb feedback rapidly, and adapt accordingly, looking forward to acting and not just observing. You have a keen eye for detail, and you don’t let go until your final work is polished.

No hiring experience is required; you’ll learn in our 4-6 week training program - you get full pay during this period :)

What’s in it for you

Recruitment: You’d learn the skills to be a world class recruiter in a couple of years

Conversations with Business leaders: You get to interact with Founders (on the hiring front) and top talent across the world (on the recruitment side). Build an invaluable network across the world’s best talent.

Regular interaction with leadership: Currently, we are a very small team, so you'll interact and learn directly from the founders and the leadership team.

Work from anywhere: We are happy for you to work from home or the mountains or the beach, as long as you have a stable internet connection.

Insurance coverage: We have strong insurance coverage to protect you in case of an unfortunate incident.

Team events: We are a fun, young team, so you decide how it could be :)

The recruitment process

We value your time; the whole process is planned in a way that we’ll wrap up in 5 - 10 days.

HR Round: Let’s get to know each other and we’d want to clarify about the role

Group Discussion: We’d like to see you work with your peers

Arithmetic ability test: Let’s assess your analytical and arithmetic skills

Interview with Hiring managers: The people you’d work with will want to know you

Interaction with a founder: A brief conversation before you join Weekday, with one of the founders to see if Weekday is a good fit for you and vice-versa.
