About Vitalize

Our Vision: Unlock Healthcare's Full Capacity

Health systems still run critical operations like staffing, labor planning, and capacity on spreadsheets, phone calls, and guesswork.

Vitalize is building the AI operating system for how health systems manage labor and capacity. The impact is real: we save hospitals millions in unnecessary labor spend, give clinical leaders back 10–20 hours every week, and are often the reason staff and leaders stay.

We’re trusted by leading health systems across the country and have raised more than $31M from top healthcare and technology investors, including our own customers.

Our Values

We hire and grow everyone against the same four values. Each one comes from a real Vitalize story. Interview with us to hear them!

🚗 Push the Car. Step in regardless of role. We help wherever we're needed, own problems end to end, and don't stay in our lane. People can count on us.
🏥 Premier 1K. We show up for our customers, always. Nearly everyone visits a customer site in their first month, and customer feedback informs everything we do.
🗣️ Run Towards the Ugly. Name the ugliest truth first, then propose the fix. Candor over comfort. We call out what's broken and never get complacent.
💡 Think Bigger Fridays. See the gap, fill it. No permission required. Every decision is an experiment: we run it, let the results decide, and drive real impact from day one.

About Marketing

We’re building Marketing to shape how the world understands Vitalize. Our job is to tell Vitalize’s story, build our brand, create demand, and bring new products and features to market.
We stay close to our customers and turn what we’re building and the outcomes we’re driving into clear, compelling stories. Marketing is the fabric that stitches together that language for how Vitalize is talked about across product, customers, and recruiting.

As an early member of the team, you’ll help shape what great marketing looks like here

The Role

We’re looking for our first Brand Marketing hire to build a brand that resonates with the healthcare leaders we serve. You’ll shape how Vitalize is perceived, from our voice and creative direction to the campaigns, experiences, and moments that introduce Vitalize to a broader audience.

This is a hands-on role for someone with exceptional creative instincts who can turn complex ideas into memorable campaigns and experiences. You’ll work across the company to build a distinctive, credible brand that healthcare leaders recognize, trust, and want to learn more about.

What You’ll Do

Build the Vitalize brand. Develop and evolve how Vitalize looks, sounds, and feels across every external touchpoint.
Shape our voice. Build a clear, distinctive brand voice and ensure it comes through consistently across our website, campaigns, social presence, events, and other channels.
Create memorable campaigns. Develop creative brand campaigns and moments that get Vitalize in front of more healthcare leaders and give them a reason to pay attention.
Own major brand moments. Lead how Vitalize shows up around company milestones, industry moments, events, launches, and other opportunities to build awareness.
Build our executive presence. Partner with our founders and leaders to develop their external presence and bring Vitalize’s perspective into relevant industry conversations.
Create exceptional experiences. Think beyond traditional marketing and find creative ways to introduce people to Vitalize, online and in person.
Protect brand consistency. Build the systems, guidelines, and creative foundation that allow the Vitalize brand to scale without becoming generic.
Measure brand impact. Develop ways to understand whether awareness, recognition, and engagement with Vitalize are growing.

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of experience in brand marketing, ideally in B2B technology, healthcare, or another complex industry.
Exceptional creative instincts and a strong point of view on what makes a brand distinctive and memorable.
Experience developing and executing brand campaigns from idea through launch.
Strong writing and storytelling instincts, with the ability to make complex ideas simple and compelling.
Experience partnering with creative teams, designers, agencies, and executives.
An understanding of how to build credibility with a sophisticated audience.
Comfort balancing brand-building with business outcomes.
High ownership and comfort building from scratch.

Healthcare experience is a plus, but curiosity, strong judgment, and the ability to quickly become an expert matter more.
