About Agentio

Agentio enables marketers to buy creator led ads as easily and scalably as Meta or Google ads—automating sourcing, pricing, contracting, delivery, and measurement—so work that took months now happens in minutes.

We're on a mission to transform a $800B digital ad ecosystem by shifting digital ad spend into the hands of creators. That means better outcomes for marketers and enabling creators to live off their work—finally being paid in proportion to the value they create. That shift is accelerating: Unilever's CEO has said the company will move roughly half of its ad budget into social and creators—Unilever is among the world's largest advertisers, spending around $9–10B annually. As these dollars move, they need performance-grade pipes; Agentio is how those dollars flow to creators with the speed, control, and measurement marketers expect. We enable brands like Uber, DoorDash, and Bombas to run creator campaigns with the same rigor, control, and accountability as their core performance channels.

Our AI-Native platform enables real-time content understanding at scale, simultaneous reasoning across hundreds of thousands of pieces of content, and intelligent allocation of multi-million dollar budgets. Our models apply more cross-platform performance signal than anyone else in the world, compounding with every campaign through a high-trust marketplace with accelerating network effects. The result is a flywheel: brands get the performance they've been chasing, creators get the intelligence and income they deserve, and Agentio becomes the infrastructure powering a generational shift in where media dollars flow.

The market agrees. Agentio has raised $56M at a $340M valuation, including a Series B led by Forerunner that followed our Series A within a calendar year. Backed by Benchmark, Craft, and AlleyCorp. Named to Forbes' Next Billion Dollar Startups, 2025. Named to Inc.'s Best Places to Work 2026, one of 10 companies nationally recognized in the "On the Rise: 0–4 Years in Business" category.

An $800B market. A once-in-a-generation technology shift. This is the moment. This is the team. Come build something generational with us.

About the Role

Agentio is looking for its first brand design hire—someone who wants to build a brand from the ground up, not maintain one that already exists. You'll set the visual direction for how Agentio shows up everywhere: product UI, pitch decks, paid ads, social content, events. This is a rare mandate at this stage—real authorship over what "on-brand" means, backed by the infrastructure and support to make it scale.

You'll design for a range of audiences—from enterprise buyers to the creators we partner with—and internal teams. You'll report directly to our VP of Marketing and work closely with leadership and cross-functional partners across the org—primarily GTM, but with reach into product and beyond. You'll set the vision, build the system, and produce the work—with the ownership to explore and shape Agentio's brand as you go.

What You'll Do

Set the direction for our brand across every touchpoint—define and evolve Agentio's visual identity so it feels cohesive from product UI to pitch deck to paid ad to event booth
Build an AI-native system for production at scale—using tools like Figma AI, Midjourney, and automation to create a design system (typography, color, components, templates) that lets the brand move fast without losing quality
Partner cross-functionally with leadership and every GTM team—work with product, sales, marketing, and executives to execute the brand across every medium, from digital (ads, social, web) to real life (events, experiential)—including the sales and marketing assets that directly drive revenue
Own the full range of mediums—content, paid ads, events, executive materials—as a highly hands-on IC with the freedom to experiment and lay the groundwork for a future team

What You Bring

Exceptional Craft: You think of yourself as a craftsperson first. You obsess over the details—type, color, spacing, motion—and you have the eye and the standards to elevate our brand and maintain that quality consistently across every touchpoint.
Systems Thinking: You don't just make assets—you build the design systems, brand governance, and templates that let a whole company execute on-brand independently. Your portfolio shows both strategic thinking and hands-on craft.
AI-Native Fluency: You use AI tools (Figma AI, Midjourney, generative workflows) as a core part of how you work, not an afterthought—and you have a real point of view on how AI is changing design production.
Builder Mindset: You're a self-starter and strategic thinker who aligns design decisions with business goals—every visual choice should support growth and clearly communicate the mission.
Ambiguity Navigation: You move fast and perform well in a fast-paced, undefined environment, juggling multiple priorities with limited resources and no playbook to follow.
You're energized by building in a startup environment, comfortable in-office and highly collaborative (5 days/week), and you take ownership without needing it handed to you.
