Woven Care
ApplyPassing your boards is a big deal. Where you take your first BCBA role is an equally big deal, because the environment you start in shapes the kind of clinician you become. Finding the right place to do it really matters!
At Woven Care, we are a pediatric outpatient practice dedicated to helping children and families thrive. We have built a new BCBA experience around what we know matters most: a manageable caseload, genuine clinical support, and a multidisciplinary team that is invested in growing together.
This is the next chapter in your clinical journey, and you won't be navigating it alone. From day one you'll be surrounded by BCBAs and colleague in OT, PT, and SLP who love what they do and are excited to collaborate and grow alongside you.
Onboarding is thoughtfully designed with dedicated support and mentorship woven in from the start, ramping your caseload gradually so you can build confidence and clinical depth at the same time. You will carry up to a 10-client caseload sized so you can do your best work rather than just manage volume.
Day to day, you can expect to design and guide ABA programs, conduct assessments, supervise and mentor your RBT team, lead parent training sessions, and collaborate directly with your multidisciplinary team on shared clients. Documentation flexibility means as long as your job responsibilities are met, you can handle notes and indirect tasks from home, so your clinic time stays focused on what matters most: the kids and families you serve.
A team that's here for YOU
Your clinical team is readily available and invested in your growth and where you are on your journey. From programming questions to caregiver communication and RBT supervision challenges, support is by your side. Plus, our multidisciplinary model means you'll collaborate daily with Speech, OT, and PT, gaining new perspectives and building a richer understanding of every child you serve. You'll never feel alone at Woven Care!
Student loan repayment
Partnering with SoFi, we provide you with $200/month right to the heart of your principal loan amount! Added up over your tenure with Woven Care, this benefit can save tens of thousands of dollars and years off your loan. Available for clinicians in our Pueblo and Fountain clinics.
