Bar Supervisor

Company Description

WSH Restaurants is a unique collection of stunning restaurants, bars and one hotel based in the different locations around the UK, each with its own character, offering great hospitality through exceptional food and warm, skilful service.
We aim to be the very best and set ourselves incredibly high standards because we care passionately about our food, service, people and customers.

To create individual, world-class dining destinations, united in their unwavering standards of quality and service, and revered for their uniquely refined and relaxed ambience.

How? By being a destination employer, renowned for industry-leading career development, training, and mentorship - and translating that investment in people into a culture of pride, accountability and ultimately success.

The Boxford, nestled 10 minutes from Newbury, is built on a site that was formerly occupied by ‘The Bell Inn’, a rural roadside inn that captured passing trade on the road to Newbury. What was then a Victorian public house and 1980s annex was then turned into a modern and welcoming new  restaurant in 2023. An all-day family-friendly dining and drinks destination that specialises in fresh Mediterranean cuisine and artisanal sourdough pizzas in the scenic Berkshire countryside
