• Manage PLC program traceability, updates, and modifications for retrofitted equipment, ensuring system reliability, documentation accuracy, and compliance with engineering standards.

• Lead root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions to resolve chronic machine issues, improve equipment performance, and prevent recurrence.

• Support manufacturing and process engineering initiatives by improving equipment robustness, implementing Yokoten best practices, documenting lessons learned, and benchmarking with regional and global facilities.

• Coach and develop maintenance technicians on new technologies, control systems, and assembly equipment functions, while tracking performance and supporting individual development plans.

• Drive operational and financial improvements by reducing maintenance-related costs, supporting budget objectives, and applying a structured, data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

    If you have/are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in process engineering, maintenance, automation, or manufacturing engineering roles.

• Ability to develop PLC and HMI programs from scratch, with experience supporting automated manufacturing equipment, vision inspection systems, and industrial sewing technologies (Juki and Brother machines) considered a strong advantage.

We will be more than glad to chat with you about your experience and your career goals.

In our international work setting, you will find a range of opportunities that are designed to enhance your career and personal development.
