Job Overview:

Lead the design, implementation, administration, and optimization of enterprise SQL Server databases. Ensure high availability, security, performance, and reliability of mission-critical database environments while providing technical leadership to DBA teams and supporting strategic business initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

• Design and maintain enterprise database architectures, standards, and implementation processes.

• Ensure databases meet operational, performance, scalability, and availability requirements

Design and implement data archival strategies, security controls, and database optimization initiatives.

Create and manage database objects, data definitions, referential integrity, and security enforcement mechanisms.
Lead database administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, tuning, and production support activities.
Design, implement, and validate backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.
Perform advanced database analysis, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to DBA team members.
Evaluate database design approaches, implementation strategies, and backup/recovery frameworks.
Prepare cost analyses, sizing recommendations, and database infrastructure justifications.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure optimal database performance and reliability.

Technical/Required Skills:
