You’ll be a key part of your store’s leadership team, working closely with the Store Manager to drive performance and get the very best from your team.
You’ll spend plenty of time on the shop floor, using your sales expertise, product knowledge and passion for great customer service to help customers find the right products for their perfect night’s sleep.

No two days will be the same. You’ll be helping to:
Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales and customer service targets
Deliver an outstanding customer experience from the moment they walk through the door
Coach and develop Sales Consultants, helping them reach their potential

We’re looking for someone who is:
A natural leader who knows how to motivate and bring out the best in people
Customer-focused, with a genuine passion for delivering great service
Driven by results and motivated by hitting and exceeding targets
Confident and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
A great communicator who can build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Daring enough to challenge the status quo and look for new ways to make your store even better
Most importantly, you’ll live our values of being Devoted, Driven and Daring.
We know that great performance deserves great rewards.
Alongside your competitive basic salary, you can earn up to £45,000 OTE, with our uncapped commission structure meaning there’s no limit to what you can earn.
You'll also have the opportunity to benefit from monthly store bonus payments when your store hits its targets.
The more you achieve, the more you earn.
